• All music performed must be holiday music

• No music stands will be provided

• 48 maximum choir members on risers

• 15 choir members on floor in front of risers             *Using 4 risers. Each are a 3 step riser (including the floor could have 4 rows)

• 8 feet in front of piano to edge of stage

• Trax AV Sound Campany will provide 16 microphones, 2 cordless microphones, 16-24 channel mixer, 4 stage monitors and general lighting that will stay the same for all performers

• There will be a gathering or holding room behind the stage so utmost reverence is required there

• There is no room available to warm-up
